In the middle of her Disney Investor Day presentation, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy dropped the news that fan favorite actor Hayden Christiensen will return as Darth Vadar for the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi series for Disney+.
The announcement comes after months of speculation that the Obi-Wan show was going through major behind the scenes shuffles. Fans will surely agree that to harm is done if these delays were caused by Hayden Christiansen’s inclusion.
Obi-Wan Kenobi is set 10 years after the events of Revenge of the Sith and will follow Kenobi as he struggles with his failure to keep Anakin Skywalker on the light side of the force.
